CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND error when trying to add payment on account page

Customers cannot add a payment method in their account page under payments because it gives an error that says

Status code CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND: Customer with ID ANYK3KGM30RTNB7GE3K600EK90 not found.

I have already deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and square for WooCommerce and still get the same error.

Something else that is weird – I made a direct staging copy of my live site and it works on the staging correctly. Its literally identical, but for some reason you cant add payment methods on my live site but can on the staging.
