customer.created webhook don't fire when creating account outside woocommerce

    Hello,

    I’m not sure if it’s bug, missing feature or if I configured something incorrectly, but I was trying to get webhook on customer.created and I only got it when registering through My Account page.

    When I registered new account through /wp/wp-login.php?action=register I didn’t got the webhook, despite the new account having the customer role.
