If you are an Elementor Pro user, then do not create a support topic in these forums. Commercial products are not supported here and developers cannot support customers on this site. No developer is permitted to do that.

Elementor Pro is built upon the free version on this site. You cannot use a problem with the free version to back pro support into these forums.

If a user has a problem with a free 3rd party plugin and posts in that 3rd party plugin’s support forum that they have an issue with that plugin and Elementor Pro then that will be allowed in that 3rd party plugin support forum (not here). That’s not a support topic for Elementor Pro, it’s for that 3rd party plugin.

If it’s a Elementor Pro plugin having an issue with the free Elementor plugin on this site then take that support topic to that developer’s site. That is where your topic belongs and not here.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales and refund topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

If you need to contact the moderators about any moderation matters then you can do so via the Slack #forums channel.
