    The ticket system often breaks down and then I have to set everything up again. I first thought about buying Wallet plus, but thank God I didn’t do that.

    Do you think it’s just frustrating?!!!
    As a young company, these shortcomings significantly impact both our accounting and our CREDIBILITY. But yours as well. Moreover, the precious time wasted searching for solutions! It’s a pity, your tool addresses a need, but as soon as an alternative is found, we leave you.

    Sounds like we’re suffering the same problems. Setup up your tickets and it will spontaneously stop working while on sale and the only way to fix it is to start over from scratch.
    This is a known bug with their ticketing system and they wont fix it, they just blame other plugins or your host.
