    Hi! I have had 4 customers since yesterday email me with the same issue: They click to import, wait 5-7 minutes (normally it takes a minute or less) and receive a red “error” message. The plugin is updated to the latest version on all sites. What can I do?

    Hi @heartenmade,

    the reasons for a demo import to fail can be numerous. Please check this Import problems page, for some of them.

    You can follow the suggestions on the above page or maybe there were some PHP errors thrown and they might be recorded in the PHP error log.

    If you discover any issues that could be fixed in our plugin, please let us know!
