Customers being charged incorrect amount

Hi,

We have a couple of orders where a customer has been charged an unusual amount for a product. On the standard Woocommerce email order confirmation it shows the incorrect amount that it charged the customer for the product but then we also have a PDF invoice plugin which on the PDF the product price shows the correct price but in the total it shows the incorrect total charged by Woocommerce.
Product should of been charged at $7 it was charged at $17.10

The product that has been charged the incorrect amount is a Bundled Product using the Paid Woocommerce Bundled Products Plugin, I have gone over the Product in the backend and cannot find anything that points me to an answer.
Everything seems to be setup correctly with nothing ticked or unticked compared to the other products that are the same.
