Customers : Button Edit for requests

  • Is it possible to add a button so that the customer can edit “the request” while it is unprocessed by the store manager?

    This would be good, because sometimes buyers are wrong to complete the form, and in this way instead of deleting and creating a new one, they can edit it.

    I had real interest in the PRO version.

    Now I’m not sure I want to buy,

    ? I’m afraid to pay for something that later does not have adequate support.

    The lack of response in this pre-purchase consultation is a clear indication of the mindset with which they are dedicated to potential clients.

    And it is an objective warning not to trust you.
