Customers can use coupons alongside discounted bundles?

  • Hi,

    We are using this lovely plugin but we have an issue where a customer can apply a coupon on top of the already discounted bundles within cart/checkout. We don’t want this.

    Can you help us with making it so customers cannot apply a coupon if a FBT discounted bundle is in the cart?

    Hi @jaydenbtc ,

    For your information, Bought Together items are just optional extra products purchased altogether for buyer’s convenience. It’s hard for us to create a rule to remove the coupon applications on Bought Together products because they are still treated as normal products.

    Instead, you can kindly do this trick: put all products belonging to the Bought Together offers under the same category then go to Marketing >> Coupons >> Coupon Restrictions and exclude that category from the coupon application: https://prnt.sc/JPEAPwejHclc. This will make sure Bought Together pricings and discounts work properly while coupons are excluded from applying to these offers.
