Customers cannot see orders

  • My site is set up so that visitors need to purchase a membership in order to create their campaign. Once the check out, they are allowed to create their fundraise. If a user wants to cancel their membership, they need to go to view their orders, however there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this. In the dashboard, there isn’t an option for orders, and the endpoint for orders goes to the 404 page.

    WP Crowdfunding dashboard page doesn’t have an order menu. You can check the woocommerce my-account page to manage the order/subscription.
