    Fairly requently I get customers tell me they can’t reset their password – they’re not getting an email, also not in their spam folder. I can’t reproduce this problem from my end, so I can’t be more specific… are there any known issues and solutions to this?

    Does the function work when WooCommerce is not installed? Because this seems more like a WordPress issue not a WooCommerce issue. More specifically, it is probably due to plugin incompatability. Usually folks would suggest disabling all plugins and activating one by one to isolate the issue, but if you can’t replicate the problem, this solution wont work. As a matter of fact it would be exceedingly difficult to diagnose or fix unless you can replicate the issue. So focus on what specific conditions the issue occurs in…

    Thanks for your reply, that makes sense. Was just checking if there was a general well known reason for this issue that I may have missed. This particular customer said he had some issue with the auto-complete function of his input device. Maybe it just has random different causes each time and I’ll just have to accept it as something that doesn’t always work 100%.

    This could be happening due to a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    To be sure, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and repeating the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

    If you can’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.
