Customers complaining of lockouts due to too may login attempts.

    Hello,

    Many customers are saying that they are unable to login due to Too many login attempts.

    But nothing is wrong on my side, I am been able to login normally for all the complaining logins.

    Any settings I am missing here?

    Can you provide information from the Debug tab?

    HTTP_INCAP_CLIENT_IP = IP0
    REMOTE_ADDR = IP0

    This is all available from the debug tab.

    This looks correct. Can you also make a screenshot of your logs so the IPs are visible?

    I got the problem. I made our site accessible from the home country only, so people from neighboring countries were unable to login. I implemented this rule 2 days back. This is such a awesome security plugin. Happy to have found this awesome plugin. Thanks a ton!!
