    If I mark the purchase as paid in the admin area and then independently press the send button, the voucher will be sent.

    I don’t want to have to manually send the voucher after every purchase

    Thank you for your waiting time and sorry for the late update,
    => There are many reasons why your site cannot send emails. One measure is because hosting/VPS blocks PHP’s mail() function due to security issues, spam mail. To handle this situation, you should install a 3rd plugin to increase the credibility of outgoing mail as well as ensure it does not depend on opening or blocking mail() of the hosting/server. Therefore, we recommend that you install the WP mail SMTP plugin to improve mail delivery!

    I was able to solve the problem with a self-written plugin.
