customers don”t get order confirmation email

    howdy,

    wp: 4.9.5
    woocommerce: 3.3.4
    theme: flatsome 3.5.3

    when order is placed i will receive email with all details in it. i want also customer to receive the very same email. in woocommerce settings for recipient(s) i have my email there.

    how to add generic email coming from order details customer will fill in? what is work around this?

    any help would be greatly appreciated.
