    Orders created with Afterpay come through without email addresses, which also means that our customers do not receive order confirmations from us. We have to login to Afterpay’s merchant hub to copy the details from there. This issue started about two weeks ago after updating to 3.4.3.

    Thank you for your messages.

    The team have been able to replicate this under specific circumstances and are actively working on a solution. This is anticipated to be released in an upcoming version of the plugin, within the next two weeks.

    Hi there, having the same issue and hoping it can be resolved. Just had customer contact me saying she never received tracking. This is because she paid will afterpay and clicked the express button, so email was never asked for.
