    Hi

Some cx when redirected to PayPal from a completed form fail to arrive at PayPal page to make payment and are sent back to blank form?

Any known causes for this or any solutions?

Eg is it a timeout issue…can we increase the time or even cache the data on the form so it’s not blank when returned?

    Hello,

Please, be sure you have selected the field that estimate the final price through the attribute: “Request Cost” in the form’s settings.

Could you send me the link to the webpage where the form is inserted for checking the issue in detail, please?

    Best regards.

    Hi

    I have the attribute correct.

The problem is intermittent it only affects some cx so it’s difficult to fix what the issue is.

    Here is the page https://workshopcreations.ie/order-form/

    Many thanks again

    Hello,

I’ve made some tests (from different browsers) and the form has worked fine all the time.

Could you indicate the data you have entered when the redirection has failed?
Could you clear first the cookies in your browser before testing the form again (or at least with the incognito mode active in the browser) to be sure there are not issues with the cookies of PayPal, please?
Are you sending the notification emails with a SMTP server, or directly with the Web Server (the use of a SMTP server is the preferred option)?

    Best regards.

    Hi

The trouble is it is hard to replicate. It only happens some customers and is reported by customers. I had a SMTP server set up to send emails I have disabled that so I guess lets see if it still occurs.

    Hello @mrpetreli,

To be sure the issue is not related with the SMTP Connection, select the “When paid: AFTER receiving the PayPal payment” option for the attribute: “When should be sent the notification-confirmation emails?” in the form’s settings.

What version of our plugin do you have installed? If you are using the “Developer” or “Platinum” versions of the plugin, Do you have activate any of its add-ons?

    Best regards.

When paid: AFTER receiving the PayPal payment is selected

    Platinum Version 10.0.192

    And 4 addons activated.

    Hello @mrpetreli,

If you are using the “Platinum” version of the plugin with multiple add-ons activated, you should create a ticket in my private website for checking your form in detail:
