    Hi @prettyboyelias,

Eventual errors during the payment process displayed within the PayPal interface, like the card fields iframe or the popup, are usually on PayPal’s end and outside the scope of the plugin.

I’m not aware of any special limitations for customers from Thailand but will request some testing. For now, I suggest additionally reaching out to the PayPal merchant support or the PayPal MTS to request more information about limitations regarding Thailand.

With the standard branded credit card option, PayPal has some limitations here and there and may even require certain users to create a PayPal account. The only way this could be avoided from the plugin perspective is by signing up for advanced card payments to use the PayPal Card Processing, if available in your region.
The PayPal Card Processing works for buyers in all countries, as long as the provided currency is supported.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
