I haven’t changed any settings recently, yet I am suddenly getting numerous emails from customers who get blocked from proceeding to checkout (WooCommerce). They can navigate the site and add items to their cart, but once they go to check out, they are getting blocked. How do I correct this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @preachinggear, thanks for getting in touch.

As you’ve not changed anything, it’d be best to check for blocks (which should approximately match the email timestamps) on your Live Traffic page. When clicking any block line (or “eye” icon) to expand it, it will state the reason in red text. Sometimes you’ll see an “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button here which you can click to allow these types of request in future.

Let me know if the above doesn’t work or the cause doesn’t seem linked to a setting such as Brute Force or Rate Limiting. Pasting the red text from Live Traffic should help us identify whether any firewall rules need to be disabled or there’s other action you can take.

    Thanks,
    Peter.
