customers input page

    Am new to this so apologize for this simple question:
    On what page can customers input their testimonial? I can see that as an admin I can put them in manually, but how to build a page for input from clients? Second: I use the widget. Can there be a link right from the widget-area to the input page? Something like: “Please click here to make your testimonial?”
