    I have been receiving complaints that customers are not receiving points after purchase. I am unsure as to why this is the case. Can you please assist? Thanks

    Thank you for using our plugin!

    In reference to your issue, please check that you have changed the order status to ” completed” as points are rewarded on completed order status.

    If still facing issue then do let us know

    Yes, still facing issue. Points are not awarded even after purchase and order is completed. I had to manually award them the points. I realise that the points are not going into the completed orders. It is worrying because our customers are complaining so this is super urgent to fix.
