Customer's notes (entered at checkout) missing from Paypal

    How do I get Customer’s notes (entered at Checkout) to show up on the Paypal Transactions Details page?

    Currently this does not happen in my setup. They show up on the WooCommerce Orders page in the Customer Notes column, but not in Paypal. With other applications (non wooCommerce) they show up near the bottom of Paypal page as:

    NOTE: xxxxxx

    How can I make this happen?
