Customers using Braintree vault can’t change shipping method at checkout

Customers who have their credit card number saved to the vault experience a reload loop when they try to change the shipping method at checkout. Refreshing the browser reloads the page with the correct method selected but not an intuitive UX. Manually removing the vault token from the account resolves the issue as well.
