Customer/User Problems

First of all thanks to the developers of this plug-in. This plug-in has very strong potential. The concept addresses needs of photographers in marketing photos.
Before I go to my problem I wanted to comment one of the pitfalls is the lack of “start-up” instructions. I spent three nights reading through the support forums and figuring out how the “customers/users” work in relation to features like favorites. However, despite the hours, there are still things I can’t figure out. So you would really do us a favor (another great one) if there is an overview on how the plugin works. A demo site would be awesome.
Now to my problem. I have created a customer using the plug-in, which in turn created a “customer” user in wordpress. I then created a sercure gallery and assigned it to the customer. I logged-in to the gallery and added photos to favorites and purchased photos (e-mail notification set). However, when I log-in as the customer, there is nothing listed under “My Galleries” and “My Images”. Why is this?
And another, why does the Log-in/Registration form appear at the end of checkout? In my opinion, it would be best to have it right before accessing a gallery. That way we get to see who accesses public and secure galleries. The “customer” might give the gallery ID and password to for somebody else to see.
