    HI
I activated a customfield and put there an integer value (representng transportation cost eg. “7”).
In the feed I assigned “Shipping” to CustomField0. But the value is not displayed:

Either I get this: <g:shipping/> or no shipping tag at all.

    Please advice
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Due to the complexity in XML-nodes required by Google Shopping it is not possible to add your own custom field or attribute mapping to Google’s shipping field. When you have set-up shipping zones in WooCommerce you can add the shipping costs to the feed like this:

Thank you for your reply. I read the instructions and followed them carefully.
I bought the Table Rate plugin which is supported by your plugin ad configured it.

Unfortunately I still have no shipping costs in my feed:

    <g:item_group_id>21309</g:item_group_id>
    <g:shipping/>
    <g:shipping_label>packet</g:shipping_label>

Can you please advice what to check next ?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi Michael,

Did you follow the steps as laid our in the tutorial (https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/) and:

    • Create WooCommerce Shipping Zones and costs?
    • Did the g:shipping field mapping?

    Best,
    Eva

    -Followed the tutorial
-Created Shipping zones (and configured Table Rate Shipping)
-Mapped the shipping field to “shipping” (Also tried “shipping cost” field)
