• I use the Customify theme on several domains. Now I’m trying to upgrade one of the domains with an old theme with the customify theme and I got a lot of issues.

    The steps are as follows:
    1. Install the theme through the WP theme installer
    2. I’m customizing the header for example I’m adding the logo, site title and slogan, buton, html field and so on. I save all this changes and everything is ok on the public view side.
    3. I get to the customizing of the blog part like removing the meta, comment form…. At this time all of the customizations made on the step 2 are reset to default(I get only the site title, no logo, no slogan, no menu, no button title…)

Even if I don’t save the changes made on step 3 they become active on the public view. If I browse to the header settings all the data from part 2 is already set but not shown on the site.
The data set on step 2 becomes visible again once I make a small change and then save it again. But this settings are again reset if I’m trying again the step 3.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
The site is hosted on the same Cpanel domain as other domains with the same customify theme and have the same plugins installed. The changes are made from a Windows 8.1 PC with Firefox 76.0.1(64bit)(even tried with Chrome but same results).
