Customimze WHICH image is shared to Facebook?

Is there some way to customize or set the Image which is shared to Facebook? Seems sometimes it is the Featured Image of the Post, sometimes a Random Image from the one of the Sidebar Widgets. I would like to be able to hard code into the header (similar to shareaholic option which they have) a static logo type image to share with the post.)
