I have purchased your plugin and have tried numerous times to create a new ticket on your website but it never saves what I have entered so am going to have to post it here instead.
I need a customisation written please and would like a quote.
The ability on the frontend to be able to jump to a ticket directly via a querystring passing the ticket id
The ability to load the reports on the frontend again via a direct url
The ability to have email notifications sent from the email address that was used as the “to” address when the ticket was created. We need this because we are using the piping option (as you recommend in you faq) for multiple email addresses but need the notifications to come from the correct email address rather than the generic one.
Please can you give me a quote and how soon this can be done.

For security I have hidden the last 8 characters of the receipt ID and the first two characters of the payment id but the order date is correct and the 3 bits of information should allow you to find my details.
