Customise Button Appearance and tib counts not updated

    Hi tootinginsider,

    The counter seems to be working ok for us – showing 101 currently.

    There seem to be two different things going on here, but possibly related in a way I don’t yet see.

    For the button tab in the back-end, it looks like your WordPress host may still be using an expired SSL certificate, the certificate was replaced a month or so ago, but the old one expired about ten days ago. I’ve asked our hosting provider to check the expired one has been un-installed.

    For the non-updating counter in your browser, could you check the browser console log (shift-ctrl-i in most browsers) for any errors that look relevant when you go to your site?

    Could you also try going to this URL please: https://widget.tibdit.com/buttons/tib-btn-horiz.svg
    It should just show a large button silhouette.

    And finally,could you try looking at your site from an ‘incognito’ window and/or a different web browser please.
