Customise filters

Hello,

I really love your plugin, I just wondered if there is any way I can customise some of the filters?

For example;

I would like to tag dogs that are
1. Available to Foster
2. Available to Adopt
3. Reserved
4. Available Soon

I would also like to add the dogs breed if possible, so it is easy to search for a specific breed of dog.
