Customise for utility invoicing

  • I have a client that requires the ability to invoice for use of water.
    Is there any way of arranging some customisation that will create a useable utility management system?
    So creating a bill from the last meter reading and a new one , mark as paid, outstanding etc
    They do not require any online payment facilities as they are without internet.
    Currently they are using excel with about 2000 customers and they want to update and save time.
    Any help appreciated.

    You can use wp-invoice on local site and use manual payments for your bills.

    Thanks Maria, but, is it possible to link it to a database to remember customers last reading, details about billing etc and customise it to have additional fields to enable this?

    Information about customers will be saved in Users tab. Or you can use our another plugin wp-crm which can expand users profiles. With wp-crm you can also view users invoice history.
