• Hi there

My client at safeguardselfstorage.com.au is using a theme from Nexus Themes which comes with an option to create contact forms which you can see on the Contact Us page.

At the moment when a visitor fills in one of these forms, all that comes back is a basic layout like the following:

    Name: Mr Nose
    Phone Number: 1234567890
Enquiry: Hello this is a test message

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to customise how the above would display. I.e. making the titles of each field bold, adding a paragraph space between each line etc.

I’ve contacted Nexus Themes and they told me the following:

“The output of the e-mails are always one and the same; its simply a notification of the fact that the form was submitted, and it shows the content that was submitted, but its not a mail merge tool. If you need mail merge tools, perhaps you can find a plugin on the WP repository that does what you need.”

I’ve looked for mail merge plugins but haven’t had much luck.

Would anyone have any recommendations of how to achieve my request?

    Many thanks

    Dan
