Customise the settings window in the frontend

Hi,
Thanks a lot for this great plugin! The best syntax highlighter I seen ??
I’d like to customise the settings of the tag editor (in front end and/or in admin, it doesn’t mind if the customisation also affect the WP admin side of the editor).
I use the plugin in bbpress forums, and I don’t want my members to change anything about the default settings I’ll set in the plugin settings. How could I change the tag editor myself?
