Customised registration form

Hi I’d like to use this plugin to allow visitors to:

Register using social media (which works well)
AND also add additional fields to the registration.
So they can also state their interests and other info.

Registrations would be moderated (using another approval plugin)
but then I would have the additional data from the customised form to determine whether the registration should be approved or not.

Is this possible?
– can it be used in conjunction with Contact Form 7 or something where that additional info can be gathered?
