Customising drop-down lists NOT menus

    Hi,

    I want to add a category filter to my Woocommerce shop, but regardless of which block or plugin I use, the list seems to grab the background colours which makes the list unreadable. Drop-downs look great on mobile, they seem to default to white text on black.

    I don’t know if this is a Kadence issue, but that’s the theme I’ve settled on for now. The nearest customisation options I could find were for drop-down menus, but not lists.

    I don’t know CSS (yet), but happy to play with code snippets if that’s the only fix.

    Hi Hannah,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I contacted Kadence and they very kindly sent me a CSS snippet that enabled me to fix my styling problems with ALL of my drop-downs!
