Customising form to be on separate page

    Hi,
    I have used the plugin docs and aol_form_fields($id) to loop through and create the form, customise etc. This is all working fine, and submitting etc. I have the form on it’s own page (with name ‘Apply Online’).
    However when I submit and then go into admin panel to view the application, the title of the application is ‘Apply Online’ instead of the job title as before. How can I fix this?
