    Hi FiboSearch team,

I hope you are well! I have installed the FiboSearch plugin quite recently and found it a great additional for my client’s e-commerce store.

Presently, I am trying to customise the Search Results page with Elementor as the current page is set to a default design that is not aligned with the website’s overall theme. I have set up a Search Results template on Elementor and have set the Display Condition to include “Search Results”. However, my template is not showing up when I enter search terms into the FiboSearch bar.

May I know how I can go about fixing this issue? Many thanks!

    Hi @alphawine

Please make sure you used the “Archive Product” block. This can be mistaken with “Products” block in Elementor Archive Page (screenshot).

Also, check if you have more than one Product Archive template. (screenshot).
If so, open all templates that aren’t “Search Results” and add an extra condition: Exclude -> Search Results (screenshot).

    Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,

    Thanks for your reply!

By any chance, does FiboSearch support WooLentor plugin and its features as well? I am currently using WL’s Product Archive Layout (Custom) on my template.

As for excluding Search Results on other Product Archive templates, I have already done that but the same problem persists.

I look forward to your response and greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

    Hi @alphawine

The add-on for the plugin you mentioned is not available in the Free version. Because you’re asking about the Pro version, please submit a ticket via our website: https://fibosearch.com/contact/.

    Regards,
    Kris
