    Hello:

First of all, sorry for my bad English, and congratulations for the plugin. I’ve tried dozens of cookie plugins, and this is definitely the best by far. It does practically everything you would expect from a cookie plugin.

However, I have a problem. I need to edit the text on the Cookie Policy page, I can’t use the one that comes by default… Is this possible? Or better yet, is there a shortcode to include in a cookie policy page just the list of cookies used by the site?

For the rest, congratulations for the plugin. It’s great and I will definitely use it from now on in all the websites I make.

    Regards

    Hi @ricardorvm,

Thank you for the kind words about the plugin!

You can insert the Cookie list by using the shortcode [cmplz-cookies], and the “Manage Consent” checkboxes/sliders with [cmplz-manage-consent]. You can find an overview of Complianz shortcodes here: https://complianz.io/used-shortcodes-by-complianz/

Alternatively, you can edit the Cookie Policy with Gutenberg (or the Classic Editor), click the Document block, and set it to “Disable synchronization with Complianz”. This makes the text editable, but will prevent the plugin from automatically updating the texts when changes are made. See https://complianz.io/editing-legal-documents/ for the full explanation.

    Hope this helps!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno

It helps me a lot, thank you. It’s definitely the best cookie plugin I’ve tried, and I’ve tried many.

    Best regards
