Customization Area very buggy

  • I love Cryout Creations and their other themes, but when I tried to go to the customization area of this theme it was very buggy and kept displaying all of the options on top of each other. I could not get to a lot of the customization areas. FYI, using IE11. Hope they get it fixed because the theme looks awesome.

    First of all, stop using IE. It should die rather sooner than later.
    Secondly, I had this too on the latest Chrome browser. But a refresh was sufficient to get going again.

    I must say this theme is totally blowing my mind. Just discovered it today but it looks very promising.

    First of all, I’m glad to hear you love the theme, but there is no reason to insult another user who left a legitimate review.

    Secondly, IE is still used by 25-35% of the web users, so it’s very elitist to just say “stop using it.” A good theme works well across ALL browsers.

    I’m sorry, I never meant to insult with that statement. I guess I have rather strong feelings about IE.

    Everyone has strong feelings about IE. At least if you’re a developer :))

    @azilivin008 we’ve had some small issues with IE11 with some custom customizer controls a while back but they’ve since been fixed. Are you still getting any issues?
    And the theme always “worked well” on all browsers. The customizer is admin side only so your visitors/users will have a great experience on any browser.
