    Dear Support Team,

    We are currently using the “The Events Calendar” plugin along with the “Event Tickets” extension with the reservation feature (without direct booking with payment) and have a few questions regarding customization and functionality:Question regarding “The Events Calendar”:

    1. Design Customization:
      Is it possible to further adapt the plugin’s design to match our existing layout, especially in terms of colors and fonts?

    Questions regarding the “Event Tickets” extension:

    1. Multiple Bookings:
      When booking multiple tickets, the name of the second attendee should be a mandatory field. Alternatively, we would prefer if each participant had to book separately. Is this possible to implement?
    2. Additional Required Fields:
      Is there an option to add additional required fields, such as the billing address, if needed?
    3. Custom Booking Questions:
      Can additional booking questions be integrated, e.g., for dietary restrictions or special requirements?
    4. Button Text Change:
      The current button text “Reserve Here” does not fit our process well. Would it be possible to change it to “Book Bindingly”?

    Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with your questions.

    Design Customization:

    To start, you can easily customize the styling of your events by going to Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar. From there, you can adjust fonts, colors, and other basic design elements.

    If you need more advanced customization, such as overriding CSS and templates, check out this guide: Customization Guide.

    Multiple Bookings:

    Regarding making the name fields required, with the free plugin, you’d need to customize the template to enforce this. However, if you have Event Tickets PLUS, you can easily require both name and email fields without additional modifications.

    As for “booking them separately”, we currently don’t have a built-in feature for that. However, you might consider limiting RSVPs to one at a time as an alternative: Limit to One RSVP.

    Additional Required Fields and Custom Booking Questions

    This is only available through a feature “Customizable Registration Fields” which is only available if you have the Event Tickets Plus. If you have further questions about this, you can open a Pre-Sales Support Ticket on our Help Desk.

    Button Text Change:

    You can easily do this through template override. Specifically, you will need to copy this template event-tickets/src/views/v2/rsvp/actions/rsvp.php to [your-theme]/tribe/tickets/v2/rsvp/actions/rsvp.php

    From there, change the RSVP Here to Book Bindingly.
