Customization didnt work

Sorry to hear that the customization isn’t working correctly for you. Is there a particular option or group of options that isn’t saving correctly, or is it all of them?

We went through and found a few options that weren’t saving correctly. Would you mind updating to version 3.7.2 and letting us know if there are still some that aren’t saving correctly for you?

I am able to change the font color now, but font size doesnt change. That is the main thing I dont like. The sidebar title is as big as an h1 element. It looks ridiculous,

Would you mind posting a link? There could be a theme conflict, we’d be happy to send over the CSS required to change the sidebar title if you let us know what size you’re trying to set it to.

Any updates on this? We’d love to get it fixed for you.

Does the value you have listed for the font-size look something like this by any chance:

10 px

If so, could you try it as just 10?

If that doesn’t work, can you try adding the following to the “Custom CSS” box for your catalog?

div.prod-cat-sidebar-category-title h3 {font-size:1.3em;}

Let us know if that get it sized correctly for you!

Went to check on this today, and saw that the “Categories” label was still very big. Did the change to the smaller size not work for you?
