customization not opening

    Hi rdxcsgoid,
    This is very unsual. It sounds like there is something triggering a php/js error in the customizer. Have you tried to see if the customizer loads when you are using one of the default wordpress themes? or try deactivating other plugins one by one to see if there is any conflicts. Cheers
