    Hi,
I am not sure if I am posting this in the correct place.

I am using O store child theme Popular e commerce for my online store.
When I visited my site this morning all my customization of the design and colors have vanished and now it looks like a word document.

Please can any one tell me what could have gone wrong or help me restore the site.

I have restored the back ups I have from my hosting provider but it does not seem to make a difference as to the appearance of the site!

    Any help would be great.

    Thank you

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://themerelic.com/forums/forum/wordpress-themes/

Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

The page is not loading a stylesheet.
The most likely issues is that there is a problem in header.php or functions.php

Looking at the source, it appears clear that no header is being loaded.

check your error_log for an error. Looks like the header.php is corrupt or deleted.
