Customization of this Plugin?

I didn’t want to bother DDEAN at his website, so I’m posting here. I’d like to get this plugin customized, or extended, or whatever you want to call it. Here is what “I” need, willing to pay for the modification if its reasonable and I know that is subjective.

1: Embed a link to each topic created by the plugin. Preferably a [Shortcode]. Right now, I can only get it to embed a link under the first excerpt on my home blog page.

2: Create a topic based on the wordpress post title, but not embed the link in the title of the topic. Right now, whenever a post is created, a topic is created and the topic title links directly back to the post.

If DDEAN wants to let me know how to get in touch with him directly, I’d like to know how much it would cost to get it done from the creator of the plugin since he knows the ins and outs of it.
