• When I originally installed the plugin, worked fine. I just went in to update some settings and THE CUSTOMIZATION AREA/OPTIONS ARE GONE !!!

    Why would this happen ???

Does the plugin break with WordPress 5.5 ???

    Hello!

I have the same issue, one of the customization option is not clickable anymore. I can only click on the following buttons: placement, the options and the functionality. But I cannot click on the “appearence” button anymore.

    Any help?:)

    Hi @perspektivan

The “Form Options”, “Form Functionality” and “Form Placement” work. The “Style Your Form” does not.

    Is that correct?

The original issue that was reported was a JavaScript conflict which stopped the tabs from working. Which was fixed back then.

But I’m not quite sure what would cause one of the tabs from not working while the rest still work.

Can you press F12 for the developer tools to open up in the browser and then click “Console”, that’s where JavaScript errors will show up. Refresh the page and try clicking on the tabs, does it show any errors?

Yes, you understood it correctly! One of the tabs (style your form) is not clickable anymore. The tab works in other design forms but not in the form 5.

There is no error shown within the developer tools ??

I think the problem is that too many characters or a broken link has been inserted into one of the lines and it causes that the tab won’t open anymore. Deinstallation and installing the plug in again did not work, neither deleting the cache.

    Hi @perspektivan

Can you access the database? If you can, run this SQL query:

    DELETE FROM wp_options WHERE option_name LIKE 'optinforms%'

It’ll delete all the plugin options.

Or you can delete the entries specific to that form, they start with optinforms_form5_
