Customization page not loading

  • I keep getting this message whenever I click Customize:

    The harvestkorp.com page isn’t working.
    harvestkorp.com is currently unable to handle this request

    HTTP ERROR 500

    Could anyone please help me out with this?

  • Hey there,

    Try disabling all the plugins and see if it works. Then, enable them one by one to catch the problematic one.

    PS- If you have cache plugins, make sure to clear cache first before disabling it.
