customization page not loading

    Hi I installed a theme yesterday and the site loads fast but the customize page doesn’t and sometimes leads to a blank screen. I have done the following
    1. Disabled my plugins but it didn’t work. T
    2. Switched to three other themes and it loaded normally but when I switch back to the theme it doesn’t work.
    3. Updated to latest PHP version but it still didn’t work
    4. Cleared my browser cache with no luck
    5. Purged cache on admin page but no luck
    The theme developer could not trace the issue and said it works fine for him.Thats when I had to google this issue and try the above methods. Is there a way I can get someone on wordpress to look specially into my case because no one seems to be able to help. I have asked for a refund from the theme developer but the thing is I need to make sure I don’t encounter this again from another theme which is why I want to trace the fault. I need someone to specifically look into my case or live chat with.

  • Could you please tell the Theme name ?

    Also please try to enable wp debug mode in the wp-config.php file define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ) and check again ?

    It’s probably your theme then.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    We can suggest that you don’t use that theme, but is that really helpful to you? ??

    If it’s a theme issue then we can’t help you with that. The theme author needs to support you and if they’re out of ideas then please consider using a free them from here.

    These are 100% volunteer staffed forums. If anyone contacts you from here or offers to contact you directly then they’ll get into real trouble (they risk getting banned from these forums). That’s just not allowed here.

    Hi ,

    You can find the “wp-config.php” file root of the wordpress intallation directory.
    Please do a backup both files and database before do anything ??
