Customization problem in sydney theme

I could not customize the sydney theme…I mean whenever i click on customization button it redirects me to a blank page… bdw earlier it was working fine…. once earlier also i faced this problem but that time it got resolved on its own in 2-3 days. but this time its been more than 10 days and it is still not working. please help me out.
