Hello! I just downloaded The Post Grid plugin to help me achieve the blog home page layout I wanted. There are a couple of things I’m hoping someone can help me customize (with code, if I can’t do them directly through the plugin).

    1. I want to display the post categories, but do not want the folder icon. Can I do that (with the theme or with code)?

    2. The preview I’m seeing shows linked text at the bottom of each excerpt that shows “BLOG TITLE Read More >>” I don’t see the need to have this link AND the button immediately beneath it that says “Read More…” plus I can’t change the link color, so I’d like to simply remove it. Will that show up when the page is live, or only in the preview?

    3. Last question: Will the layout inherit the font settings from my theme (font and font size), or do I need to specify that somehow?

Thank you to anyone who knows more than I do and can help me with this!

Which page did you call our shortcode?

Hello! Ah, I didn’t even think of that. I actually didn’t make the shortcode live on my site because I didn’t like the way it looked without making those changes. I can certainly do that, though, so that you can see it. I will follow up with a URL.

Okay, it definitely isn’t displaying properly. There is a “Facebook0Tweet0Pin0” that was not there in the preview. The images are also very blurry.

Is there any way I can show you without publishing? I don’t want my viewers to see it this way.
