• Hello, First of all thank you very much for the plugin. It is a very successful and practical add-on.
Translations do not work in wp-user> Appereance> Customize. I contacted the theme owner. However, they told me to contact you. Can you help me ? I’m doing a translation. However it does not appear.

This plugin is a PO file editor. It cannot be used to translate custom text saved as site options.

I am guessing here that this is the reason, but I cannot investigate problems with individual themes.

    Thank you for your answer.
So, this field translation is not done with Loco Translate. Is it correct ?

As I said, I am guessing.

I don’t know how your theme customizer works, but generally if source text is defined by you (not the theme author) then it is unlikely to be held in static translations files, hence unlikely it is editable by a static file editor. Your theme author should help you establish this rather than simply sending you here.

Yes. I wish that. However, you know the situations. Thank you so much Tim.
