Customize Button and Plug Ins

  • I have two plugins that will not update; Photo Gallery & Post Views Counter.

    Also, my customize page will not load. I get an error that Internet Explorer encountered an error and must close.

    Help!

    I was able to get my Customize button to work by going through Google Chrome but I still can not update the 2 plugins.

    I was also now able to update both in Google Chrome by doing each individually instead of all at once.

    Why did this all happen?
