Customize Campaigns list page

Hello. This is an awesome and powerful plugin, especially if you can edit PHP files to customize the look and feel of your campaigns. However, I haven’t been able to customize the look of the Campaigns List page. I tried creating an archive-pfund_campaign.php template, but it didn’t work. Has anyone found a way to do this?
